NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

Notice is hereby given that the Planning, Zoning and Economic Development Commission of the City of Darien will hold a public hearing on July 15, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers, 1702 Plainfield Road, Darien, IL 60561.

The purpose of the public hearing will be to hear testimony from interested persons and make a recommendation on CASE NO. PZC-26-9.

(CASE NO. PZC-26-9) Involves a petition from Bryan Wozny for a variation from Section 5A-7-2-6(A) of the City Code to permit a an enclosed patio within the rear yard of 1623 Golfview Drive, Darien IL 60561 (PIN 09-33-112-028)

Said Property is legally described as follows:

LOT 33 IN SAWMILL CREEK, UNIT NO. 1, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE EAST HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 38 NORTH, RANGE 11, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AUGUST 15, 1978 AS DOCUMENT R78-76740, IN DUPAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
