NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Planning, Zoning and Economic Development Commission of the City of Darien will hold a public hearing on July 15, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers, 1702 Plainfield Road, Darien, IL 60561.
The purpose of the public hearing will be to hear testimony from interested persons and make a recommendation on CASE NO. PZC-26-11.
(CASE NO. PZC-26-11) Involves a petition from Cynthia Haney for a variation from Section 5A-5-11(A) of the City Code to permit a recreational vehicle within the front yard of 1008 Juniper Lane, Darien IL 60561 (PIN 09-27-308-015)
Said Property is legally described as follows:
