The City of Darien is soliciting for competitive quotes for the various High Density Polyethylene Pipe and materials.
The attached proposed material summary sheet lists the materials, range of quantities based on a vendor submitted unit price. Prices shall include delivery at various intervals. The City of Darien reserves the right to reduce, eliminate, or increase the specified material and/or quantity.
The pricing shall be held in place from May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027. The City will also be entertaining two optional extensions: May 1, 2027 through April 30, 2028 and May 1, 2028 through April 30, 2029.
Quotes will be accepted until November 12, 2025, until the hour of 10:30 am. Quotes may be faxed to 630-852-4709 or emailed to rkokkinis@darienil.gov followed by an original copy delivered to the City of Darien at 1702 Plainfield Road and clearly marked as HDPE Materials, ATTN: Municipal Services.
Any and all requests or addendums shall be made in writing to the attention of Municipal Services via email to rkokkinis@darienil.gov. All requests will be responded to within 48 hours to all bidders on file.
