The City of Darien is soliciting for competitive quotes for hauling various jobsite excavations.
The attached proposed summary sheet requests the unit price for that item. The pricing shall be held in place from May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027.
The City will also be entertaining two optional extensions: May 1, 2027 through April 30, 2028 and May 1, 208 through April 30, 2029.
Quotes will be accepted until November 12, 2025, until the hour of 9:45 am. Quotes may be faxed to 630-852-4709 or emailed to rkokkinis@darienil.gov with a hard copy delivered to the City of Darien at 1702 Plainfield Road and clearly marked as Hauling Services, ATTN: Municipal Services.
Prevailing wage rates apply.
Certified payroll shall be submitted with payout request.
Any and all requests or addendums shall be made in writing to the attention of Municipal Services via e-mail rkokkinis@darienil.gov. All requests will be responded to within 48 hours to all bidders on file.
