Enjoy the Park
Hello from the City of Darien and Darien Park District:
On behalf of the City of Darien and Darien Park District
we welcome you to Community Park for the summer of 2013.
This is a great time of the year to enjoy Community Park and
we are happy to see you here. This time of the year
many families come to the park to enjoy all of the fun
activities and special events. As in the past, it is
also that time of the year when some visit the park and
disrupt the enjoyment of park participants. This year
we have started a program initiative called "Enjoy the
Park". In an extra effort to ensure your enjoyment of
the park you will see an increased presence of police
officers during open park hours. If you observe anyone
disrupting park activities please dial 911.
Thank you and we look forward to another enjoyable summer
in the park. If you have any questions please feel
free to contact either of us.
