Paver Brick Driveway Waiver

You have informed the City that you will be installing a paver brick driveway apron in the parkway between the public sidewalk and curb and gutter.

This is City right-of-way; sometime in the future, the City may find it necessary to excavate the parkway or maintain the street where the paver brick is installed. Because this is City property, the City cannot be held liable for the replacement of any part of the paver brick installed in the City right-of-way.

You, as the owner, are requested to sign a letter to indemnify the City for possible future damage to your driveway that is installed within the City right-of-way.  Click here for a copy of the Paver Brick Driveway Waiver.
